About Nick

I am an Education student at Brandon University.

In the future I hope to teach youngsters in the grade 5-8 range. Undoubtably I'll teach (and be accredited to do so) a variety of courses, but my strengths lie with mathematics, geography and psychology.

I consider myself internet savvy, but I am definitely not a technician or a programmer. Technology is logical, and so she and I generally get along quite well.
I generally use the internet to either connect or to seek out information. It is both telephone and textbook to me, a biased source of all information and entertainment.

This blog was created in the pursuit of enveloping myself within the network of people and ideas that have arisen during coursework with Prof. Mike Nantais. It is my intention to grasp a better understanding of the relationship between educating todays students and the internet. Professionally I hope that this course, Internet for Educators, allows for greater cross-curricular achievement in my future classroom.
